Judith Ugwu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Judith started their career in 2002 as an OAP/Production Assistant at Gens Communication. Judith then worked as an Administrative Officer at Batagarawa LGA Secretariat in Katsina State from 2005 to 2006. In 2009, they became a Program Coordinator at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Customer Service Representative at MTN Nigeria.
In 2015, Judith joined Yudala Limited and held the positions of Head of Customer Service until 2017 and Consultant, Customer Experience until 2018. Judith then moved to Konga Online Shopping Ltd in 2018 as a Training, Back Office Support, and Quality Assurance Manager until 2019. Subsequently, they joined African Hub International in 2017 as a Training and Mentorship Manager.
Most recently, Judith has been working at Konga Group since 2019. Judith has held various roles including Human Resources Manager from 2022 to 2022 and Training and Acculturation Manager since 2019. Judith Ugwu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Classical Studies from the University of Ibadan, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Judith further pursued their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Arts degree in Communication and Language Arts from 2006 to 2008.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Judith has obtained certifications in Health and Safety Officer (HSO) from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) in 2015. Judith also became an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) in 2006.
