David Berne MacIpe

David Berne Macipe has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. David started their career at Cikautxo Borja S.L. as a Quality Manager and later became a Plant Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams and ensuring the achievement of production goals. David then worked at Teleflex Fluid Systems as an Area Manager before joining Johnson Controls as a Process Engineer. At Johnson Controls, they specialized in automated welding processes and technological improvements. David later joined Kongsberg Automotive, where they held multiple positions including Engineering Manager, Business Manager, Plant Manager, and Director Global Industrial Engineering & Operational Excellence. In these roles, they focused on process improvement, supply chain management, budgeting, and team management. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to driving operational excellence.

David Berne Macipe completed their education at three different institutions. David earned a degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanics from Universidad de Zaragoza from 1997 to 2003. David also received a Master's degree in Top Technician of Labor from NOVAGES FORMACIÓN, specializing in Security and Health at work, Ergonomics, and applied Psychosociology, from 2003 to 2004. Finally, they pursued an Executive Program in Headquarter Companies and obtained an MBA from Universidad Europea from 2005 to 2007.
