David Redfearn

David Redfearn has over 20 years of work experience, with significant expertise in sales and leadership roles. David started their career in 2002 as the General Manager at Teleflex Fluid Systems, where they served until 2004. David then joined Teleflex Incorporated as a Sales Director from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, Redfearn joined Kongsberg Automotive as the Sales Director for Fluid Transfer Systems, and was later promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2013. From 2016 to 2022, they held the position of Executive Vice President for Fluid Transfer Systems, responsible for managing the business unit's P&L, Sales, Engineering, and manufacturing footprint. Additionally, they became the Chief Sales Officer of Kongsberg Automotive in September 2022. Throughout their career, Redfearn successfully grew revenue, profitability, and expanded operations by opening two new facilities in Mexico and Poland.

David Redfearn attended Honley High School from 1981 to 1987. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Stockholm School of Economics from 2012 to 2014.
