Matt Phillips

Matt Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Matt started their career at Cannon Avent in 1995, where they served as a Shift Supervisor, Production Planner, Shift Manager, and Planning Supervisor. In 2006, they joined Philips Avent as a Planning & Procurement Manager and stayed with the company until 2012. Matt then worked at BUK as a Supply Chain Manager for a few months in 2012. Matt Phillips joined Kongsberg Automotive in 2013 and held various positions including Operational Planning Manager, MP&L Manager, Project Manager - Logistics, and European Logistics Manager. Matt'smost recent role at Kongsberg Automotive was Director Logistics Europe - P&C, where they provided strategic guidance and problem-solving expertise for logistics operations.

Matt Phillips obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of East Anglia.
