Anders Syltesæter

Anders Syltesæter began their work experience in 2006 as a Summer Worker at TINE SA. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Summer Worker at Gjøco, where they gained experience in client contact, invoicing, and daily factoring. In 2012, Anders joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in the Deloitte Financial Advisory department. Anders then moved to SpareBank 1 Markets AS in 2015, where they became part of the Investment Banking team, focusing on M&A transactions, IPOs, and capital raisings. Anders joined KONGSBERG in 2020 as a Group Vice President in Group Corporate Development, leading M&A transactions and strategy projects to improve business performance and drive growth.

Anders Syltesæter completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2006 to 2010. Anders then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Finance from the same institution, completing it between 2010 and 2012. In 2009-2010, Anders also studied Economics for a year at the University of Bergen (UiB). Additionally, in 2011, they briefly attended Università Bocconi, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for that period.
