Björn van Den Bosch

Björn van den Bosch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Björn is currently working at KONGSBERG as the Global Head of Network Management, where they oversee the management and governance of the global network of Channel Partners for the Maritime division. Prior to this role, they were the Regional Network Manager at KONGSBERG, where they supported the implementation of bespoke route-to-market strategies in the Asia Pacific Region.

Before joining KONGSBERG, Björn worked at Rolls-Royce in various roles. Björn served as the Head of Sales, where they managed a high-performance sales team and built a strong pipeline for power generation solutions. Björn also held the position of Regional Vice President, where they had full ownership of the services P&L for the Marine division in the Middle-East and South Asia.

Earlier in their career, Björn worked at Vermeulen Europoort as a Commercial Manager, leading the coordination of sales and commercial activities for three divisions. Björn also worked as a Business Development Manager, conducting a feasibility study for footprint expansion in the Middle East. Additionally, they held various roles at LGH Group, including Account Manager and Hiredesk Controller.

Björn's work experience started with an internship at Shell. Overall, they have demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and sales management skills throughout their career.

Björn van den Bosch obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Manchester, completing their studies from 2016 to 2019. In 2023, they pursued further education at the same institution and obtained an ICA Advanced Certificate in Business Compliance. Björn also earned additional certifications, including ICA Associate Membership and ICA Certified Practitioner from the International Compliance Association in February 2023.
