Njål Frilseth

Njål Frilseth is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in corporate communication and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Communication at KONGSBERG since December 2023, Njål previously held positions including Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communication at Skuld, and Communication Manager at Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace. With a solid foundation in public relations from Pacific Lutheran University, Njål also has a background in social media coordination and advisement through roles at Wilhelmsen Group and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
