Ole Martin Grevstad

Ole Martin Grevstad is an experienced professional in leadership development and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Leadership Development at KONGSBERG since January 2022, Grevstad also holds the position of People Development Manager at Kongsberg Maritime since April 2019. Previously, Grevstad worked as HR Manager at Rolls-Royce Marine from August 2011 to April 2019, acquiring extensive knowledge of commercial business across different sectors. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant General Secretary at Norges KFUK-KFUM from 2000 to 2005. Grevstad holds a Master of Management degree from BI Norwegian Business School and a Cand theol degree in Theology from The Norwegian School of Theology (MF).
