Alfonso Rivera has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Alfonso started off as the Command Master Chief at Helicopter Strike Mine Warfare Seven-Zero from July 2010 to August 2012. Alfonso then joined IBM Global Business Services as a Managing Consultant in Organizational Change Management from November 2012 to March 2013. Alfonso also served as a Strategic Communications Lead during this time. Alfonso then worked at IBM as a Training Development & OCM Lead for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service from October 2013 to July 2014. Alfonso continued their career at SE Solutions Inc as a Senior Project Manager from July 2014 to November 2015. Alfonso also worked at SE Solutions as the TSAOLC Support Team Project Manager from July 2014 to November 2015. Alfonso joined IBM Global Business Services Talent & Engagement in November 2015 as a Project Lead and OCM/PMO Support. Alfonso supported the State of Missouri, MEDES project and the State of South Carolina, DHHS MMRP project during their time there. From September 2017 to March 2018, Alfonso worked at IBM as the Human Capital Team Lead and later as an Organizational Change Management SME. Alfonso provided consulting services and developed strategies for the Marine Corps Functional Areas and the Global Health Chain Supply - PSM processes. Alfonso's most recent role is the Associate Director in Health IT at Koniag Government Services starting July 2023.

Alfonso obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University. Alfonso also earned a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the same institution.
