Bob Bultman is an experienced pricing and data governance specialist with a strong background in pricing analysis and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Subject Matter Expert of Pricing at Koniag Government Services, Bob has focused on enhancing the pricing and costing processes for USDA contracts. Previous roles include Senior Pricing Analyst at Ameristar Perimeter Security, where Bob developed pricing platforms and led teams through significant data conversions, and Senior Project Manager at Hilti North America, where notable achievements included successful pricing model development and process optimization using Kaizen and Lean methodologies. Bob began career as a Technical Consultant and has continued to build expertise in system support and analysis. Educational credentials include a BA in Computer Information Science from Franklin College and a Project Management certificate from Tulsa Community College.
