Ana Esteban has extensive work experience in market research and customer insights. Ana began their career in 2000 as a Senior Research Executive at Research International, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Client Manager at TNS. In 2016, they joined Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH as a Market Research Specialist, and later moved on to become a Team Manager for Customer Research. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Customer Insights at the company.
Ana Esteban completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1991 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended the Instituto Ramón y Cajal from 1987 to 1991, although no degree or field of study information was provided for this period.
