Mike Lee

Mike Lee is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Konica Minolta. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on the refrigeration and HVAC sectors.

Lee began their career at Carrier in December 2018 as the CIO of Transicold and Refrigeration Systems, and the Global COE Leader for Digital Customer Experience. In this role, they oversaw all digital technology strategy and initiatives for Carrier's $4 billion refrigeration business, which consisted of 5 P&Ls, 8,000 employees, and 11 factories. Mike also led the company's IoT strategy to accelerate and increase revenue opportunities in the $12 billion cold chain telematics market.

In August 2020, Lee joined Konica Minolta as the SVP, CIO. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's IT strategy and operations.
