Karen Hilstra

Karen Hilstra is currently the Directeur HR at Koning Willem I College. Prior to this, Karen worked at Rabobank for over 20 years in various roles such as Global head FEC Change & Implementation, Head of Real Estate, Head of Service Centre Insurance, and Senior HR projectmanager Customer Interaction. Karen also has experience as a Projectmanager Human Resource at Yacht and as a Fieldmanager/accountmanager at Brunel. Karen holds a drs degree in Leisure sciences from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from Hogeschool Diedenoort Wageningen. Additionally, Karen has received education in Talentcooperation and Business English.
