Harold Velazquez

Harold Velazquez has extensive experience in business development within the offshore industry. Currently serving as BD Area Manager Americas at Boskalis Offshore B.V. since January 2014, Harold also holds the position of Business Development Manager at Dockwise, where responsibilities include Dockwise Engineering Services BDM and Global Sales since January 2012. Prior to these roles, Harold was Business Development Manager at Dragados Offshore from 2005 to 2011. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Houston obtained between 1992 and 1994 and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac completed from 1978 to 1982.
