Martijn Cox has extensive experience in fleet management and technical operations within the dredging industry. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Fleet Management Dredging at Boskalis since May 2011, Martijn oversees a diverse fleet of trailing suction hopper dredgers and has recently integrated Dynamic Positioned Fall Pipe Vessels into the team. Previous roles at Dragamex SA de CV included Plant Manager, responsible for multiple dredging assets, and various technical superintendent positions at Boskalis and Coastal and Inland Marine Services, where Martijn ensured operational safety and efficiency on significant projects. Martijn holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics from Delft University of Technology and has pursued additional business management training at Vlerick Business School.
