Robert Vila Santamaria

Robert Vila Santamaria is an experienced Project and Tender Engineer currently employed at Boskalis since October 2017, with notable involvement in prominent projects such as the Mona & Morgan Offshore Wind Farm and Arctic LNG 2 Project. Previously, Robert held project engineering roles on the Scarborough Project in Australia and the Kirinskoye Gas Field Development Project in Russia, where responsibilities included project preparation and execution as well as onsite supervision during dredging operations. Prior to Boskalis, Robert served as a Proposal Engineer focused on seabed intervention at Witteveen+Bos. Academically, Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydraulic Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at the Technical University of Denmark, in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
