Annika Ruppert

Annika Ruppert has extensive work experience in the publishing industry. Annika started their career at Vandenhoeck & Ruprecht Verlage in 2008 as an Acquistion Editor and later served as a Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, and Head of digital Sales. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Head of Sales and Fulfillment at the same company. Currently, they are working at Brill as the Head of Fulfillment and is expected to be promoted to Vice President Global Operations in September 2023.

Annika Ruppert completed their education at two different institutions. From 2003 to 2007, they attended Bielefeld University, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Anglistik, Mathematik, and Pädagogik. Annika then went on to study at Steinbeis-Hochschule Schools of Next Practices from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Verlags- und Medienmanagement.
