Caroline van Erp

Caroline van Erp has extensive work experience in communications, marketing, editing, and teaching. Caroline is currently the Head of Communication at Brill, where they started in January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Marketing Manager at Brill from September 2013 to January 2023. Before joining Brill, Caroline worked as an Editor for Classical Studies from February 2008 to September 2013 and as a Production Editor from November 2005 to February 2008. Caroline also has teaching experience, having worked as a Teacher of NT2 (Dutch as a second language) at Volksuniversiteit from September 2003 to December 2005 and at Inter Consultancy Bureau from December 2003 to February 2005.

Caroline van Erp completed their Master of Arts degree in Dutch Language and Linguistics, as well as Book and Publishing Studies, from Leiden University. Caroline pursued this degree from 1997 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Oranje Nassau College from 1989 to 1997, but no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period.
