Robbert Jan Dekker

Robbert Jan Dekker has extensive experience in the timber and construction industries as the owner of Koninklijke Dekker since 1996, overseeing multiple divisions focused on high-quality wood products and efficient delivery. Additionally, Robbert is the owner of Austria Deuren, an innovative brand specializing in the development and production of various types of doors and associated fittings since 2014. Robbert serves as a board member for The Borneo Initiative Foundation and previously held the position of Chairman of the non-executive Board at FSC Nederland, where significant improvements in market share for FSC wood and paper were achieved during tenure. Robbert's background includes a role as Sales Manager for Financial Services at CACEIS and an extensive academic foundation with degrees from Georgetown University and Nyenrode Business University, as well as an intensive Chinese program at Stanford University.
