Christi Sparks

Christi Sparks is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Sr Human Resources Leader at TenCate since February 2025, Christi previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Tarkett Sports in North America from November 2022 to February 2025. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at CFL Flooring from March 2020 to November 2022, and Human Resources Consultant from March 2019 to March 2020. Christi also served as Employee Relations Director at Mohawk Industries from April 2016 to March 2019, and held several key roles at Shaw Industries from August 2001 to April 2016, including Senior HR Manager for Sales and Marketing, Corporate EEO Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Christi earned a degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Georgia, completing studies from 1993 to 1997.
