Hugo Teste

Hugo Teste is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President, Legal & Compliance and General Counsel at Vopak since December 2017, Hugo has held senior legal positions at notable organizations including CB&I and JGC America, Inc. Prior legal roles include Area Legal Counsel at Wärtsilä and Attorney at Mayer Brown. Hugo began their legal career as a Legal Assistant Clerk at Baker Botts LLP and completed a Legal Intern role at the Texas Attorney General's office. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of London, a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business/Corporate Communications and Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin, along with FIDIC Training.
