Katrine Mielke

Katrine Mielke has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Most recently, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Vopak starting in 2023. Prior to that, they owned their own business called Melior Via in 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner (Contract) at Sydney Airport, where they were responsible for the Corporate Services teams and led the implementation of the Belonging and Inclusion Plan.

Before their time at Sydney Airport, Katrine held several roles at AMP from 2018 to 2022. These roles included People and Culture Business Partner, P&C Specialist Lead, and Transformation Lead. At Winc ANZ in 2018, they worked as a Strategic HR Business Partner, providing strategic and commercial advice to various executive teams.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, Katrine worked as an HR Business Partner at Coca-Cola South Pacific. Katrine also has experience as an HR Project Manager at Insearch Ltd from 2014 to 2016, where they successfully implemented new payroll and HR information systems.

Earlier in their career, from 2008 to 2013, Katrine worked as an HR Business Partner at Nacap Australia Pty Ltd, supporting onsite HR and key business units. Katrine also served as a Consultant on contract at P&O Maritime Services and Opes Prime in 2008, where they worked on various HR projects and created HR documentation.

Katrine Mielke obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations and Political Science from UNSW in 1997. Katrine later pursued their Masters of Commerce in Human Resources and International Business at UNSW from 2002 to 2003. In 2021, Katrine attended the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership to study Organisational Coaching.
