Paula Johnson

Paula Johnson possesses extensive experience in operational and administrative roles, primarily in the maritime and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Marine Traffic Controller/Dispatcher at Vopak since January 1996, Paula is responsible for scheduling various transportation modes, managing documentation for loading and unloading, and monitoring security and operational systems. Prior roles include working as a Legislative Department Secretary for the Port of Houston and as a Railcar Division Secretary at Inchcape Testing Services, where Paula supported managerial clerical needs and facilitated communication and organization. A foundational career at Southwestern Bell as a Senior Administrator involved diverse clerical tasks across multiple departments. Paula Johnson completed a high school diploma focusing on Business and Art from Wilbur Wright High School.
