Suria Kumaran

Suria Kumaran has extensive experience in safety, health, and environmental management, currently serving as the Terminal Safety, Health & Environment Manager at VOPAK Terminal Singapore since August 2011. Over the years, Suria has held various roles within VOPAK, including Assistant SHE Manager and Senior SHE Officer at multiple terminals. Prior to VOPAK, Suria worked as an HSE Advisor for Oceaneering and an ESH Officer at ECO Special Waste Management. Additional experience includes a Deputy Head position at NatSteel Holdings and roles at Chartered Ammunitions Industries and Pan United Shipyard. Suria holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Factors in Safety from UniSim, along with advanced diplomas in Safety, Health & Environmental Management and Engineering Management, and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
