Maximo Chapa

Maximo Chapa is a skilled professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as a Plant Metallurgist at Konkola Copper Mines plc since November 2023, focusing on a 500 TPD Acid Plant. Previously, Maximo held the position of Chemical Process Engineer at the Konkola Concentrator Plant from October 2022 to September 2023. Additionally, Maximo completed a Graduate Chemical Engineering Internship, which included a Plant Familiarization Program and experience at the Tailing Leach Plant, specifically in the Washing Section. Maximo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Copperbelt University (2016-2022) after earning a Grade 12 High School Certificate from Chililabombwe Secondary (2012-2014).
