Subrata Dasgupta

Subrata Dasgupta is an experienced professional in electrical and instrumentation engineering, currently serving as Head of Electrical & Instrumentation for Growth Projects at Bharat Aluminium Company Limited since April 2017. With a background that includes roles such as Associate General Manager of Operations and Maintenance for switchyard and rectifiers, Dasgupta oversees the operation and maintenance of high voltage systems. As Lead Instrument Engineer at Konkola Copper Mines plc, responsibilities include managing DCS systems and optimizing asset performance for copper smelting operations. Previously, Dasgupta held the position of Associate General Manager for Projects at Vedanta Resources Plc, focusing on smelter expansion projects and construction power setup.
