Kristin DeCou

Kristin DeCou has been working in the professional world since 2007. Kristin began their career as a Corporate Liaison for Direct Relief International, where they were responsible for nurturing new and existing relationships with 35+ foundation and corporate donors. In 2011, they joined TOMS as a Giving Account Specialist, where they managed global partnerships and the EMEA regional strategy for TOMS Shoe Giving. Kristin was later promoted to Manager, Global Giving Partnerships, where they led the global One for One Shoe Giving program strategy and operations. In 2018, they founded Modern Refresh, where they served as a KonMari Consultant. Currently, they are an Evaluator for the Success Team at KonMari Media, Inc.

Kristin DeCou obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara between 1999 and 2003. In 2018, they obtained their Certified KonMari Consultant certification from KonMari Media, Inc. in October. In 2019, they became a Professional Member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals.
