Anoop Nair

Anoop Nair is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer success and business development, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Konnect Insights since April 2023, focusing on onboarding brands and integrations. Prior experience includes leading enterprise delivery at OneDirect, managing online reputation for major brands, and enhancing customer experience through solution consulting.
