Ed Gittelman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Radio Talk Show Host at FRECUENCIAS ASOCIADAS. In 2018, they served as an Event Management Specialist at AI TAIWAN. Moving forward, they joined Magic Dreams Productions in 2019, initially as a CMO Assistant and later as a Tour Manager. In the same year, they also took on the role of Marketing Director at TEDxCUHK. From 2020 to 2021, Ed worked at Konnecto, where they held the positions of Data Analyst, Value Creation Analyst, and Pre-sale Analyst. Ed then worked as the Public Relations Director at TEDxIDCHerzliya from August to December 2020. Currently, they are an Artificial Intelligence Research Fellow at the Zvi Meitar Institute for Legal Implications of Emerging Technologies since October 2022.

Ed Gittelman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business and Entrepreneurship, specializing in Law and Technology, from Reichman University between 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Big Data and Quantitative Marketing at CUHK Business School from 2019 to 2020. In 2019, they also participated in a Visitor Student Program at National Taiwan University, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2018, Ed received a Certificate in Chinese Language and Literature from National Taiwan University.

Additionally, Ed Gittelman has obtained several certifications. In October 2022, they acquired Intermediate SQL certification from DataCamp. In June 2022, they completed Product 101 certification from Product Hub. Furthermore, in October 2020, they obtained Introduction to SQL certification, also from DataCamp.
