Andreas Gruber

Andreas Gruber has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Andreas began their career in 1993 at KOSTAL Eletromecânica Ltda, where they worked as an Automation Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for building and programming equipment for testing and automation. Andreas later became the Chief of Automation Systems, overseeing the automation engineering and technical support departments. During their time at KOSTAL Eletromecânica Ltda, Gruber also played a key role in defining and developing new technologies to optimize industrial resources and processes.

In 1998, Gruber joined KOSTAL Group as the Chief of Automation Systems, a position they held until 2016. Andreas then moved on to ETAS NI Systems in 2019, where they served as the HiL System Design Manager. In this role, they managed the Hardware in the Loop System Design team and coordinated the development of new components for the test systems.

Currently, Gruber is employed at Konrad Technologies as the Vice President of the Division Application & Service. Andreas Gruber has a diverse education history. From 1980 to 1984, Andreas completed vocational training in Precision Mechanics at SENAI "Suíço Brasileiro." Andreas has also obtained various certifications, such as "Como Desenvolver a Autoliderança," "Como Liderar de Forma Eficaz," "Fundamentos de Gestão de Projetos," "Fundamentos de Liderança," "Fundamentos do Seis Sigma," "Liderança com Inteligência Emocional," and "Seis Sigma: Green Belt," from LinkedIn in 2021.
