Elin Berglund

Elin Berglund serves as Konsultchef at Konsultia AB since April 2022, overseeing approximately 60 consultants at Boliden Rönnskär. Previous roles include several positions as Konsultchefsassistent, where Elin handled recruitment and scheduling for seasonal staff at Boliden Aitik and conducted various recruitment tasks for Boliden Rönnskär, Hitachi, and Volvo Trucks. Elin completed an HR internship at Skellefteå kommun and participated as a student representative in the Rekryteringskommittén, reviewing recruitment processes. Additional experience includes working in sales at Rusta and event-related sales for Skellefteå AIK Hockey. Elin holds a Filosofie kandidatexamen in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Jönköping University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Arteveldehogeschool.
