Ryan Tilley has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ryan currently serves as the Director of Strategic Program Execution and Innovation at IHMC since 2018. Previously, they held the position of Chief Operations Officer at VetCV and KontactIntelligence, Inc., where they focused on providing secure storage and access to important documents for veterans and maximizing medical staff assets, respectively. Prior to these roles, Ryan worked as a Senior Consultant and Program Manager at H2 Performance Consulting Corp, where they managed multiple teams and provided strategic planning and technology change control management for the Department of Navy. Ryan also served as a Corporate Budget Analyst at Baptist Health Care Pensacola, where they developed budget reporting metrics and provided financial management expertise. Additionally, Ryan has worked as a Consultant at SprayCather Inc., IDEA, Inc., and Trinity DNA Solutions, where they assisted with various projects related to operations development, resource tracking, and corporate development. Ryan began their career as a Financial Analyst at WCI Communities Inc. Pensacola and also served as a Growth Consultant at Cordova Dental Lab Pensacola. Ryan's diverse experience showcases their expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operations development.
Ryan Tilley obtained a Masters Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the University of West Florida - College of Business from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Business from the same institution from 2005 to 2007. Ryan also holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance which they earned in 2005, and a Bachelors Degree in Global Economics with a focus on Economics from the same institution. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ryan has obtained several certifications including ITILv3 from PEOPLECERT in May 2014, Security + from CompTIA in July 2010, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in March 2010, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2009, and Earned Value Management from ESI International in November 2009.
