Charles Merrill has extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship, serving as the CEO of Kontek Industries Inc since September 1990. Prior to this role, Charles was the Principal and owner of Aquilon Night Club in Cleveland, Ohio, from May 1985 to May 1997. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The College of Wooster, where studies were completed between 1979 and 1983.
