Oleg Baskaev

Oleg Baskaev is an experienced professional in customer relationship management, currently serving as the Head of CRM at the Kontinental Hockey League since September 2019, where Oleg leads the "KHL Unified Fanbase" project. Prior to this role, Oleg was the Head of CRM and Loyalty at FC Spartak Moscow from November 2014 to September 2019, managing a CRM unit, call-center operations, and club loyalty programs supported by Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Oleg's career also includes positions as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at JSC MOSGAZ and Senior Business System Consultant at Moscow Integrated Power Company. Oleg began a career in information technology as a System Administrator at the Federal Tax Service from February 2010 to October 2011. Oleg holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Moscow State Technological University "Stankin," obtained between 2004 and 2009.
