Darrell Lian

Darrell Lian is the Business Manager at Kontinentalist, where Darrell is focused on building the future of data storytelling in Asia. Previously, Darrell worked at HTX as a Senior Manager in Leadership & Development, where Darrell designed HR development framework and policies for a new government agency. Prior to that, Darrell was a Manager in Strategic Workforce Planning at the Public Service Division, where Darrell co-developed the first public sector workforce data projection model. Darrell also has experience as an Intern in Digital Ventures at Siam Commercial Bank and Global Risk Analysis at Control Risks. Darrell holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the National University of Singapore and a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
