Mika Rytky serves as the CEO of Kontio since April 2020, leading the company in pioneering massive wooden building technologies. Rytky is also a board member at Kaleva Media and holds the position of CEO and Owner at M-Advice Oy, which provides development services to small and medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, Rytky has held multiple chairman roles for companies including Oulun Kuivaustekniikka Oy, Night Train Oy, and Mellano Oy since 2004. Prior experience includes serving as Group CEO for PRT-Forest and Nordic Tank Oy, as well as vice president at PKC Group Oyj, where significant responsibilities included managing extensive operations across several countries. Rytky started a career in consulting and research before earning an MSc in Process Engineering from the University of Oulu.
