Patrizia Nicola

Patrizia Nicola has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on sales and retail. Patrizia is currently the Director of HRBP at Kontoor Brands, Inc., where they oversee sales operations in the EMEA region, including wholesale, retail, partnerships, and distributors. Before joining Kontoor Brands in 2019, Patrizia held various HR roles at Versace, including EMEA HR Director from 2015 to 2018 and Europe Retail HR Manager from 2008 to 2015. Patrizia also worked as Europe Retail HR Manager at Dolce & Gabbana from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they served as an HR Manager at Darjeeling - Le Groupe Chantelle from 2006 to 2007 and at MTV Italia srl from 2004 to 2005, where they managed HR operations for Nickelodeon and Paramount Comedy. Patrizia began their career in human resources as an HR Assistant at Dell in 1999.

Patrizia Nicola obtained their Bachelor's degree in Politics from the Università di Pavia, where they studied from 1992 to 1999.
