Courtney Hoppes (Pierson) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Courtney began their professional career as a Public Relations Intern at the National Amateur Baseball Federation in May 2011. Courtney then worked as a Pro Shop Assistant at The Members Club at Woodcreek and Wildwood from September 2011 to May 2012.

Courtney then took on the role of Account Executive, Global Partnerships – Strategy & Activation from April 2016 to April 2017. Courtney later became a Senior Account Executive, overseeing global partnerships and strategy & activation from April to December 2017.

In 2017, Courtney joined sportswear brand Under Armour. Courtney started as a Manager, Global Brand Communications from December 2017 to November 2020. Later, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Global Brand Communications, a role they held from November 2020 to June 2023.

Currently, Courtney is the Director of Brand Communications, Social, and Partnerships at johnnie-O, starting in May 2023.
