Rj Baer

RJ Baer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. RJ began their career as a Marketing Researcher at Country Fair Inc. in 1998 and later transitioned to Renfro Corporation as a Marketing/Category Management professional in 2000. From there, they joined Hanesbrands Inc., where they held the position of Senior Manager in Category Management for ten years. Additionally, they briefly worked in Duofold Marketing within Hanesbrands Inc. in 2004. In 2011, they joined VF Jeanswear as a Category Manager for Walmart, later becoming the Category Management Team Lead for Target US & Canada. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Manager before moving on to Kontoor Brands Inc. in 2019. At Kontoor Brands, they first served as the Senior Manager of Category Management and, most recently, as the Head Of Sales Operations & Business Analytics.

RJ Baer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University, attending from 1996 to 1999. Later, from 2004 to 2008, RJ pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
