Cagri (Chara) Onder is a skilled professional with a diverse background in engineering and business development. Currently serving as a Business Development Specialist at Kontrolmatik Technologies Incorporation since November 2023, Cagri is responsible for strategic initiatives and managing bidding processes. Concurrently, as a Construction Project Coordinator at Pomega Energy Storage Technologies - USA, Cagri coordinates construction activities for battery manufacturing facilities. Previous experience includes co-founding Aegean Stone House Real Estate Services and working as a Construction Field Engineer and Quality Control Engineer on the Route 6 Prishtina - Hani I Elezit Motorway Project with Bechtel-Enka Joint Venture.
