Mario Lorenzini has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Mario began their career at Protec Microsystem in 1990 as a Software Developer, where they worked until 1997.

In 1997, Mario joined Kontron Canada, initially working as a Software Engineer. Mario quickly advanced to the role of Software Team Leader in 1999 and became the Software Manager responsible for BIOS, embedded firmware, and Linux development for Kontron Canada's single board computer blades. Mario continued in this position until March 2021.

Mario then transitioned to their current role at Kontron as a Scientific Research and Normative Advisor.
