Raymond Elward

Vice President of Engineering at Konverse

Raymond Elward has extensive professional experience in software engineering, podcast engineering and audio/video production. From 2016 to present, Raymond has held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Director of Engineering at Konverse, where they are responsible for heading software architecture and product development and mentoring software engineers in house and overseas. From 2009 to present, Raymond has been the Treasurer at The Thomas W Elward Foundation. From 2011 to 2016, Raymond was the Lead Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer and Junior Software Engineer at Yapmo, where they were responsible for developing enterprise social networking tools. From 2011 to 2016, Raymond was the Co-Creator and Head Developer at Love It or Leave It, where they were responsible for creating a mobile app and web application that lets users crowd source their relationship woes. From 2006 to 2007, Raymond was a Podcast Engineer, where they were responsible for editing podcasts and webcasts for a variety of companies' websites. Finally, from 2007 to 2008, Raymond was an Audio/Video Intern at Imagination Publishing, where they were responsible for organizing and digitizing audio and video components to be edited.

Raymond Elward obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Digital Cinema from DePaul University in 2006, and then a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same university in 2012.
