Jan Pautsch

Jan Pautsch has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the field of talent consultancy and design. Most recently, they are the Director of Kooku Recruiting GmbH, where they are responsible for executive search and has contributed to the company's significant growth. Prior to this, Jan held roles at Cogs Agency, where they served as the Director for the Germany office and was involved in hands-on recruiting and business development. Jan also managed Cogs Berlin and led the design practice in Germany. Jan has also worked as a freelance Experience Design Strategist and held significant positions at Aperto - An IBM Company, Scholz & Friends, and WPP, showcasing their expertise in design direction and management. Overall, Jan's work experience demonstrates their strong leadership skills, recruitment expertise, and passion for innovative approaches in design and recruitment.

Jan Pautsch has a diverse education history. They first attended the Weißeensee Academy of Art Berlin, where they pursued a Diploma/Master Class in Visual Communication. Next, they enrolled at the Hochschule Wismar, where they studied Business Coaching and earned a degree in Systemic Business Coach from the University of Applied Sciences. Jan also completed a Digital Design Course at the L4 - Multimedia Academy in Berlin.

Continuing their education internationally, Jan pursued a Master's Degree in Fine Arts at New York University. They further expanded their academic qualifications by completing a Bachelor's Degree Course in Illustration at the University of the Arts London.
