Eduardo Agüera has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eduardo currently serves as the Project Management Office Director at Koombea, where they have developed and implemented a new process for categorizing Non-billable time and achieved remarkable growth in billable hours. Prior to that, they founded OnTask in 2018.

Eduardo has also worked at Gases del Caribe S.A. ESP, where they held multiple roles, including Digital Transformation Lead, Project Manager, IT Architect, and Business Analyst & Software Developer. In these positions, they were responsible for executing high-impact projects, managing suppliers, integrating processes, and developing software.

Before joining Gases del Caribe, Eduardo worked as a Software Implementation Consultant at INASSA, where they successfully implemented software and developed a business intelligence project. Eduardo also gained experience as a Software Developer at Triple A S.A E.S.P, where they worked on projects related to the commercial and financial areas.

Eduardo began their career as an Engineer of Systems at Sincecomp and later at Muebles Jamar Colombia.

Eduardo Agüera obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad del Norte from 1999 to 2003. Their field of study included systems, informatics, and English. In terms of additional certifications, Eduardo obtained the following: Process Integration with SAP NetWeaver (PI 7.3) from SAP in January 2014, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2022, Innovation Associate from the Global Innovation Management Institute in August 2018, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in November 2020.
