Ricardo Jesús Vargas Cantillo

Ricardo Jesús Vargas Cantillo has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance (QA). Ricardo Jesús started their career in 2012 as an Analyst QA at I2B Technologies, where they worked for three years. In 2015, they joined Zürich de occidente as a QA Lead and remained in that role until December 2016. From December 2016 to 2018, they worked as a QA Test Analyst at Safran Identity & Security. In 2018, they joined Alkanza as a QA Automation Engineer and worked until June 2019. Currently, they are employed at Koombea, where they started in June 2019 as a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer and later became a QA Manager in January 2022.

Ricardo Jesús Vargas Cantillo attended Universidad Autónoma del Caribe from 2008 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniería de software (Software Engineering).

In addition to their degree, Ricardo obtained the Certified Scrum Developer certification from Scrum Alliance® in June 2014. Ricardo Jesús also earned the Scrum Master certification from SEONTI in April 2015. The institution providing the Scrum Master certification is known for its expertise in CMMI, SCRUM Agile, SCAMPI, PSP TSP, PSM, ITIL, Six Sigma, with locations in the USA, Colombia, China, and Mexico.
