Ryan Preston

Ryan Preston is an accomplished BIM Detailer at Koontz-Wagner since June 2020, bringing extensive experience in design and project management. Previously, Ryan served as an AutoCAD Drafter/Estimator/Project Manager at Werntz Supply from June 2014 to June 2020, and held an internship at a Landscape Company in 2013, focusing on project estimation and site measurements. Early career roles included a Lawn and Garden Sales Associate position at Walmart, where customer service and inventory management were key responsibilities. Ryan contributed as a Landscape Architecture Student at Ball State University, developing educational projects related to wetlands. An alumnus of Ball State University with a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Ryan also completed training at the Virtual Design & Construction Institute in 2020, complementing a foundational education at Ivy Tech Community College-Northwest.
