Jim Duan

Jim Duan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and software development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at SAP SuccessFactors since April 2017, Jim manages a global team focused on Talent modules including Performance and Goals, and Succession and Development. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Head of Solution Experience China at SAP, leading a solution consultant team for global presales. Experience also includes serving as Site Director at Sybase, where Jim established R&D teams in Xi'an, and working as a Senior Consultant at Visionmax Solutions Inc., delivering solutions across various industries. Jim began their career as a Software Developer at both the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Thinksmith, developing banking applications and web-based projects. Academically, Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Renmin University of China and furthered education at Stanford University.
