Gavin Bains

Gavin Bains is an experienced software engineer with skills in Python, React, and Go. Gavin has held positions as a founding engineer, senior software engineer, and software engineer at companies such as Koop and Tydo. Gavin has also completed a year-long Engineering Fellowship at Kleiner Perkins, worked as a software engineer at Tesla, and developed a video logging application as the Co-founder and CTO of Sozu. Additionally, Gavin has experience in blockchain research and as a director of operations at LavaLab.

Gavin Bains earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern California in 2020, with a minor in Cinematic Arts which they completed in the same year. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Milpitas High School in 2016. Apart from their formal education, Gavin also completed various certification courses in iOS and Go application security, design patterns in Swift, IBM Watson services, blockchain, and other related fields.
