Susie Hart (Crum) is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University. Currently serving as a Business Development - Applications Engineer and Project Manager at Koops Automation Systems since December 2018, Susie previously contributed as a Student Success Center Engineering Tutor at Western Michigan University, where tutoring focused on fundamental and advanced engineering courses. Susie's internships at General Motors included roles as a Dimensional Engineering Intern and Pattern Shop Engineering Intern, achieving significant advancements in PFMEA activities and process improvements. Additional experience includes a Quality Control Engineering Co-op at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana and a Process Engineering Co-op at DENSO, among other engineering positions. International study experience was gained through educational opportunities in India and Australia.
