Anthony Perrotti

Anthony Perrotti, MEd, currently serves as the Director of Culture and Learning at Kootenai Health, where a focus on cultural transformation has led to significant improvements in employee satisfaction and retention. With prior experience as a Master Instructor and SERE Specialist in the United States Air Force, Anthony directed high-stakes combat survival training and developed innovative curricula emphasizing resilience and decision-making. An earlier role as an instructor at Colorado Outward Bound School showcased the ability to foster team cohesion and problem-solving through immersive wilderness experiences. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Master of Education in Higher Education - Educational Leadership from Liberty University, along with additional degrees in Survival Instruction and Outdoor Adventure Leadership.
